Payment Method NOT Verified

Hello UpWork,


I have returned to UpWork as Client after a number of years away. I have updated my payment method, 2 actually, and received notification that these have been added to my account however, I can see on my job post that my payment method in still down as UNVERIFIED and I have had a freelancer I am interviewing confirm they cannot see my payment method as verified. Given the chat option is no longer available where do I go to have this resolved pronto as I am not making my progress without this.
