Account name mismatch on Nostro account
My Bank account name was on the firm name, and I added the bank details with my profile account name, and It was accepted, then I did a wire transfer to my bank, I did it successfully, then I got the mail from my bank that due to name mismatch they hold my payment on Nostro account, My Payment is on hold since last two week, I am unable to get my payment, My local bank informed me that they already send a mail to UPWORK for confirming my identity, My bank still telling that they had not got any response and I already raised Request #36245519 but not getting any answer. Please Help.
