Payment issue

I did an international work of Translation, after I finished it. The payment was done in AN american account. When I tried to convert the payment from dollar to euro. They asked me to pay a withdrawal rate of 370euros. I don't have this amount in my personal account and I don't think it is a sincere request. Please. I am waiting the payment and I ask help. Thanks

It wasnt a job. Do not wait for any payment. Spent this time for ToS reading or you will be scammed again or banned for violation you did.
