Payment not received to my PayPal

my transfer was denied because the option receive/withdraw funds was not activated on my account. my balance was 106.90$ but not it is 0$. how can I solve this problem, can you respond ASAP, please?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your funds. I checked and it seems the transaction is currently in process. Please note that there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours to receive your funds on your Paypal. If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact PayPal. Feel free to message us if you need further assistance.

Hello! I'm having the same issue. My payment is not reflecting on my Paypal account and I did it more than a hour ago. Please I need the money ASAP. Thank you.

Hi, guys! I just made an instant withdrawal from my Upwork to my PayPal account (which was confirmed to be a successful transaction), but the money isn't in my PayPal yet after an hour. I looked in my billing methods and noticed I mistakenly disconnected my PayPal as a payment method and now am unable to reconnect it due to "not being verified" (very strange since it's been connected to my Upwork before).

 

If the PayPal wasn't still a method, why was it still available as an option when I withdrew my money? And if the transaction was made successfully, why isn't the money in my PayPal? Where did the money go? And will I be able to get it back? 

I had plans with the funds today and it usually takes Upwork Support hours to respond to my tickets so I wanted to reach out to see if this strange error happened to anyone else? What should I do? can anyone give a phone number for a support agent I can talk to on the phone? I called them once in the past and now cannot find the number.

Hi, Arjay! Thank you very much for getting back to me. Truth be told, the first ticket is the same as the second ticket, but I accidentally submitted the first ticket with an unfinished sentence so I was worried I'd cause confusion in customer support. I've had some turbulent experiences customer service departments before and working on Upwork can be very stressful sometimes, so I was simply fearing the worst. I looked it up in the troubleshoot section and read that it can sometimes take hours for funds to reach PayPal. I'll wait until tomorrow before worrying about it. Thank you and please thank Upwork Support as well on my behalf for caring.

Hi Team, I'm experiencing a similar problem. I withdrew via PayPal and the funds have not reflected in my account, but transaction history shows it's been withdrawn.

I've been using Upwork to PayPal for over a decade, this is the first so I know something's wrong. Is there a way to have the transaction traced before the 24-hour mark?

Thank you for your message. While I understand that in most cases the withdrawal to Paypal is processed immediately, sometime it may take up to 24 hours. Feel free to contact Paypal support if the funds do not reflect in your Paypal account after 24 hours.

I transferred my funds to my Paypal account and I didn't get it on my paypal. The transcation is highlighted in yellow and got a message :Transactions is due and has not been paid.

I am also waiting on my Upwork payment to show in my account, it's been an hour now. I am pretty upset. Talking to paypal and they're just giving me robotic-sounding answers that don't help. Could a real human being look into this and please resolve it ASAP?!

Hi there,

I'm hoping to get some real answers here, as looking at the times in previous months this has happened, someone from upwork basically just tells everyone to wait 24 hours and hope for the best. 

My payment shows as withdrawn on Upwork as of 4.29pm today (PST) and it's now 5.28pm... nothing. Paypal says the payment doesn't exist. 

So according to threads from the past... it seems like it's on Upwork's end. Please send my payment to my paypal account immediately.

I clicked on get paid and the money was released from upwork. I checked on my paypal account and there was not transaction, not even on my pending transactions. Can someone please check because it's somewhere between upwork and paypal. Please help.
