Payment not received to my PayPal

my transfer was denied because the option receive/withdraw funds was not activated on my account. my balance was 106.90$ but not it is 0$. how can I solve this problem, can you respond ASAP, please?

Hello Amina,

 

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your funds. I checked and it seems the transaction is currently in process. Please note that there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours to receive your funds on your Paypal. If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact PayPal. Feel free to message us if you need further assistance.

I am having the same problem. I want to "Get paid" my funds to my Paypal account and I am getting the response "unable to apply funds".

I found out that in my country it is not possible to receive money through paypal. just make payment. thank you for your help.

Hello, I am having issues with getting paid.

 

When I tried to transfer my funds to paypal I received an email which stated the following and that amount was sent back to upwork.

Danielle,

 

There are a few possible reasons:

 

  1. The payment request timed out before you could complete it.
  2. There may have been an issue with PayPal's system, so the funds couldn't be processed correctly.
  3. The credit card information you provided was incorrect or invalid.

 

If any of these scenarios occurred, please try again with corrected or alternative payment information or wait and retry at a later time when the issue is resolved by PayPal's system. If the problem persists, click the Get Support button on the bottom right of the screen to open a ticket. Have a great day!

I am not able to withdraw payment. I have already set up the paypal account in it. Local bank is nit able to find in it. First i get the mail of confirming the payment acceptance. but after i also receive that payment is rejected. What to do ?

Thank you for your message. Could you please contact your Paypal support to check the status of your Paypal and try again? You can add a local bank transfer from this page.

I need to get my PayPal account activated because my older account was deleted by paypal , bote that my verified name is in arabic and my PayPal name is in English but i swear it's the same name please check my ID . + i always get "unable to apply funds " whenever i try to send money to PayPal is that something related to the activation and verification of the account or something else ?

No reply for 3 days, could you please help me - something is wrong with Upwork payments.

I filled out all billing and tax forms and tried sending money to my PayPal account several times, but couldn't receive a payment.

I just ordered my 252 (250) dollar payment to my paypal as I have been doing for the past several weeks and I haven't received it yet? It's been 10 minutes already, it's never taken this long, it's almost always instantanous, what is going on? I'm really freaking out here with worry

I have used Paypal as my withdrawal method for the past year or so that I have used Upwork and for the first time I haven't received the money I requested? PayPal has not even sent an email saying anything about receiving a payment, my paypal doesn't say it has retained anything, it simply shows nothing. My Upwork balance is now at 0 after requesting and I haven't received anything, it's been almost an hour when it's always been instantaneous? Please help this is extremely important,  this is the email confirming that Upwork received my withdrawal request

and to be clear, Upwork did not say there was any issue at all. The withdrawal went exactly as it always has and no error message or anything like that popped up. It simply went as normal and then nothing happened. I did not change my info, I didn't make any kind of changes to my profile at all - In fact I withdrew exactly a week ago and it went normally.

In most cases, payment transfers between Upwork and PayPal occur immediately. However, there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours. If a transfer was initiated more than 24 hours ago and is still not complete, please contact PayPal.
