Payment not received to my PayPal

my transfer was denied because the option receive/withdraw funds was not activated on my account. my balance was 106.90$ but not it is 0$. how can I solve this problem, can you respond ASAP, please?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your funds. I checked and it seems the transaction is currently in process. Please note that there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours to receive your funds on your Paypal. If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact PayPal. Feel free to message us if you need further assistance.

Hi! After successful payment order the payment is returned with the reason "Payment method PayPal has been disabled". But "re-enable payment methods" function doesn't help and the issue repeats. The ticket to the support team has already been issued. Just wait now?

Open a payoneer account then link to your Upwork account. with that you can withdraw to your local bank account.

This is my first time withdrawing funds from upwork, and first time using paypal. I tried withdrawing 40$ and I got an email stating "Unable to apply funds". I tried again to get the same error. I rechecked my details, added a different VISA card and tried again to get an email saying "Your payment of $38.50 via PayPal account failed, and the money has been credited back to your Upwork account". What may I do to fix this issue as fast as possible?

We are sorry but we cannot setup PayPal as your payment method because it is not  . Please verify your PayPal account or add a payment card.

Hi, I am from Nepal. I have created and linked my PayPal account on Upwork. But I am not able to get paid on PayPal. I get the following message while trying to get paid:

The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds.
As a result, the funds have been returned to your Upwork account and we need you to update your payment method for future payments.

 

Is there any restriction on the minimum amount to transfer?
Can anyone help me to get it done?

I found out what is the problem in my country Ukraine.Its because PayPal dont work with commercial platforms.You can tryto wright a massege to Pay Pal support

I would like to share a problem I have been facing, I tried mentionning it in a similar topic, but I just found out that my comment was deleted for some reason, so I'm creating this new topic for it. 

So I tried to send my available funds to my PayPal, but it failed and I received the following email:

And now I have to wait 24h before attempting to get paid again, I'm afraid the problem will happen again and I'll have to wait yet another day, can anyone help me out with this please ?

However, there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours. If a transfer was initiated more than 24 hours ago and is still not complete, please contact PayPal.

You may need to add an alternative payment method to your PayPal wallet to add your PayPal account as a payment method on Upwork, as the transaction cannot be completed from our end. Once you've added an alternative payment method, please let us know if the issue continues.
 
To check which payment source failed on your PayPal account, follow these steps:
  • Log into your PayPal account and go to "Settings."
  • Go to the "Payments" tab and click "Manage automatic payments."
  • Click on the billing agreement associated with "Upwork Escrow Inc."
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and check what funding source is your backup.
  • Update the backup source to a valid payment method and re-attempt the payment.
If the transaction fails again, the next step is to contact PayPal directly. Specifically, you'll want to talk to a PayPal Tier 2 agent and ask why your transaction to Upwork was declined.
