my transfer was denied because the option receive/withdraw funds was not activated on my account. my balance was 106.90$ but not it is 0$. how can I solve this problem, can you respond ASAP, please?

When I tried to transfer my funds to paypal I received an email which stated the following:
Your payment has been rejected.
We attempted to process your recent payment request but unfortunately it failed.
The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds.
As a result, the funds have been returned to your Upwork account and we need you to update your payment method for future payments.
Please fix it so I can get my money, thanks.

You might have to wait for a few hours. Happened to me and was resolved within 4 hours. If you don't get the funds within 24 hours, contact paypal.

Did anyone else just get an email saying payments are available early? I usually get these on friday mornings EST and it's currently Thursday night. But the weirdest part is I transferred to my PayPal account as usual and didn't receive the funds. Any thoughts?

Hi, I tried to creat ticket support about my funds withdraw yesterday April 5, and still no response from upwork. It's more than 24hrs and it's still not reflecting in my paypal. I requested my payment last April 9 which was yesterday but I have not received it yet in my Paypal account but my Upwork balance is already zero. As always, I was able to receive an email minutes after I withdrew my payment. Usually I would be able to receive the payment minutes after the request, but now it did not. Can someone help please? It's been 24 hrs already.

Payment has been rejected
I added my paypal to my upwork account and its verified but when i click on get paid now it sends an email that uts successful and then another email that it is rejected and money back to upwork how to resolve this issue?
