Payment not received to my PayPal

my transfer was denied because the option receive/withdraw funds was not activated on my account. my balance was 106.90$ but not it is 0$. how can I solve this problem, can you respond ASAP, please?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your funds. I checked and it seems the transaction is currently in process. Please note that there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours to receive your funds on your Paypal. If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact PayPal. Feel free to message us if you need further assistance.

I am having trouble making withdraw from upwork to Paypal. All the configurations (tax, Paypal accound) are done!
When I make the transaction all of them are returned.
Someone can help me here?

Hello. My paypal payment was rejected (The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds), however my PayPal account is verified. Also if this info whould help: I live in Ukraine and VAT form was filled too (but with a pending status for more than 1 month on it)

I can't able to withdraw money into my paypal account. Every time I make request to payment, My paypal account got Diable on payment method of upwork.

I aslo got email. I have atteched screenshot of it.

Having an issue with PayPal payment, I cannot receive money to paypayl account. It is hard to find an answer from paypal forums, would not it be good if we are paid with our local bank accounts directly from Upwork?

I withdrew a payment from Upwork yesterday and it's been more than 24 hours and I still haven't received on my Paypal account. I contacted Paypal support but they say the problem is not on their end. Please I need help. 

The payment was reversed by Upwork and I was able to withdraw it again. Thanks

Hello. I am from Belarus. My withdraw to PayPal was rejected without any reasons. I have checked transaction history into PayPal, there was not any transactions.

Hi, Please help me. I process my withdrawal through Upwork last Friday night and up until today, It did not reflect on my Paypal Balance. My paypal account is correct and I've been using it before. This is the only problem I have with Paypal so far. Please help on where did my withdrawn fund has gone. Thank you. I couldn't reached out Paypal as well, there is no Customer Service Support available. I can't call them as well as they are on US number.

Unfortunately, I can't reach out to Paypal. I can't call them as they are using US Number and I can't reach out to them on the chat as well.

Yesterday I initiated a withdrawal of funds to my PayPal account (almost 24 hours has passed) (which usually takes couple of minutes to process), but this time - nothing happened, except that now my Upwork balance is 0 and of course Upwork charged me 2 USD for the withdrawal.

 

I contacted PayPal support and they asked for PayPal transaction ID (a string, which is received upon calling the PayPal API for the payment). I forwarded the request to Upwork support but still I didn't receive the transaction ID!

 

Honestly I don't believe that the payment was ever actually processed. Looking at the API calls Upwork is sending to list the transaction I found that this transaction has the `INITIATED` status, which might confirm my theory.

 

The lack of trasparency is just not okay!

24 hours have already passed and there are no money, nor a good answer on what's happenning!

 

Considering the insane amount of money Upwork is charging, they must provide at least a decent customer support in return!

Having into account the amount of money we pay to Upwork, they must at least offer customer support. What he have here is a pathetic excuse.
