Payment not released even after 15 days

Hello, a client of mine has funded a contract and I've already submitted and requested payment through the upwork submission, but the client hasn't approved the milestone yet. It has also been 15 days since I requested and submitted but the funds is not on pending transactions yet.

There is no revisions requested on my work.

I thought it would be automatically released after 14 days indicated on the fixed price protection policy.
