Payment not released

Hi everyone, I am new here.

A client placed an order and I am done with the project. I submitted 10th of May and he hasn't been available to accept the project. Today makes it 14 days since submission. When will the funds be released to me?

I'm sorry to hear that you still have not received the payment. Once you submit your work, your client has 14 days to review and either approve the milestone or ask for changes. You're correct. It's the 14th day today since you submitted the project. If your client takes no action by the end of day today, the funds are automatically released to you. Let me know if you need further assistance.
