Paypal payment rejected

I have a problem with the payment to my paypal account, i tried a couple of times but i get a mail that the payment was rejected. 
"The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds" 

I can't find a solution for this, tried updating my payment method, but it is not fixing anything...

It looks like Paypal rejected the transfer. It would be best to contact Paypal's Customer Support Team to double-check if your Paypal account can receive international transfers.
