Pending IELTS certificate verification

Hello all, right after I had signed up for Upwork, I uploaded an IELTS certificate. However, now, it is still in pending verification status. I thought it had to take a week for checking or if something was wrong, the team would inform me to upload more details, but nothing comes to my mail about this issue. My question is when my certificate will be verified or if it could not work, why I don't have an announcement for it?

It has been more than two weeks since I uploaded my IELTS certificate for verification and still it is showing as verification pending. Can someone please share the procedure to get it verified?
