I am having a similar issue. I am setting up a personal freelancer account and I need a phone number to proceed with the final step but my phone number is also being used for a client account which I need. Could someone advise please.

It's a phone number/account issue. I do NOT want to post either of those things in a public forum. And yes, I went through the "chat". It doesn't work and won't allow me to open a ticket. Can you escalate my issue and point me to a place to submit feedback around all of this?

Additionally, as a freelancer, your profile picture has to accurately represent who you are; it obviously shouldn't be a photo of a place, a design, an object, or someone or something else (also, misrepresenting who you are goes against our Terms of Service.)
