Please Help Top Rated Plus Suddenly vanished

Hi there,


Last week I recieved a notification to say "A recent sign-in to your Upwork account (charles_libor) from an unknown device or browser."


I then went ahead and simply asked the support can they let me know the device which was logged into. Rather then doing so they decided to disable my access from my account...


They stated it would take 10 hours and its ended up taking almost a week give me access back to my account. It turns out it was simply because I was accessing the acount from another country and it flagged it (which I tried to explain to them). Now that I have access to my account again, it appears as though my top rated plus badge has completely dissapeared....


Any help on how I can restore this would be much appreciated, like others on here, I have worked extemely hard to attain this badge and I dont want to loose it simply becasue the Upwork support did not read the enquiry correctly.
