Portfolio

I've been working on my portfolio for the past few days, but an error has occurred on my new account, which I recently added to my agency profile. As a result, I haven't been able to publish my portfolio. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I would appreciate any help or support from Upwork on how to resolve this.
