hello, i’m facing a problem after logging out of my upwork a/c then logging in , it requires me to register my credentials again, while I already have an a/c, can you fix it asap?

I already have an account, but trying to log in it shows that i'm new, i guess it's because i created a second account!

but upto now, i have already deleted my duplicate a/c, i need the first one back, i was already paid in there!, what should i do?
