Problem with the validation of information under Tax Information

Hello,

I've a problem with the automated tax information validation of upwork. 
I already checked the VAT ID manually through VIES and it's valid. 

Could someone from upwork please open a support ticket to solve the problem?
There is also one more question regarding the tax information. The chatbot unfortunately is absolutely no help.
