Profile boost related issue

I wanted to Boost my Profile for a different Category and Speciality. As per Upwork's guideline I tried turning off the Boosted Profile ad to create a new one for a different Category and Speciality. However, the "Turn off" menu command is not working. I tried doing so many times however the feature is still not working.
