Project requirements missing

Hi support, 

I have a client that purchased my project from 2 days ago. 

The client need to submit requirements in two days but she referred the task to someone else from her team who can not submiting as upwork app asked the hired to do. 

The project has ended right now and the client want to submit the requirements. 

What should she do?
