Hey Upwork Team,
I made a Direct To Bank withdrawal on 20th March at 2:00 pm (GMT+6). But I made a mistake. I didn't find the notification where it was mentioned to edit the newly added Customer ID prior to any withdrawal. And was specifically mentioned that I need to remove the account details and add them again through the Add new method.
I made the transaction without doing this, and after that, I found this. And then I just edited the info because I thought removing the account would affect my transaction. Now I'm worried that it has already affected the transaction because I thought it takes less time for a direct-to-bank transfer.
Can anyone help me with that?

Hi Brinto,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Once the withdrawal is initiated we can't cancel it on our end. If there are any issues with your bank account information the funds should be retired to your Upwork account.
Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

Thanks for replying. It was processed without any issues. I was worried that editing the account details after the withdrawal could affect the transfer. But it went well. Thanks again for your insight.
