Re: I paid before the job was finished, now he doesn't respond

I have paid freelancers before the assignment was done $2,500. After I paid, she told me "due to YouTube upcoming updates we can't continue" without explaining what these new "updates" were. she said she had refunded the full amount and that I should take back by reverse charge back. I still haven't received the money and now I see that her profile has been removed from the upwork page, I don't know what to do. 

she also told me last time that I should pay the money to another profile on upwork, but I didn't want that, so I paid her. Is there any help to get?
