ITS  my first time being in here . I tried to use upwork 2 days ago hiring a frelancer for importing data contract . since hiring him I have been having a lot of issue the freelancer kept changing my password on upwork and on the project I gave him since he had to have access to complete the project. I have talked to him but he kept denying . this moning I woke up he took over my account again and paid hilself the escrow money and ended his contract but did not even do 2% of my project. I want a refund of my escrow money and upwork needs to do a backgroud check on his freelancers and make sure there are 2 step verification on the website because this is not safe and I want**Edited for Community Guidelines** fired on upwork because he is a scammer.
