Refund for connects accidentally bought

I accidentally bought connects. I like to refund the purchase. I have not used any of the connects from the bundle. Kindly help me on this issue.
Money paid by Upwork balance, not from card.

Hi, same issue with this. But unfortunately i already used some connects before i checked my upwork balance. i thought it was charged in my paypal since i already connected it to my upwork account. I already used paypal before in buying connects that's why i expect that it will charge again in my paypal. please help me refund my upwork balance and willing to pay it using my paypal.
