Refund problem

Recently it has been closed a job post i made cause an irregolarity. I think It has been gaved me the refund of the money i already paied to the site(i think because i cant really understand where to see it) but it has made as a credit within the site as balance. I want a refund to my bank account not a credit in the site, because i needed the job in that specific way. If its possibile make a check and update me about the situation, because the support in the email didn't answer my concerns, thanks.
