Regarding Connects purchase

Dear Sir

I want to know, why I am not been able to purchase connects Internationally, in upwork from India. I tried in the "Billings & Payments" Section, but in both Payment & Paypal Methods it was showing Platinum Debit has not been accepted, although the Platinum Debit card was registered for International transactions.

Kindly, let me know the Process of:-

1) How to buy Connects?

2) How to upgrade to Freelancer plus?

Hi Romel,

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and I see that the transaction was declined with the reason 'Invalid transaction: Not supported'. Could you please contact your card issuing bank to double-check the permissions to complete international transactions and available limits? You can also try using another card to buy Connects and upgrade to Freelancer Plus plan.
