Relocation of my developer

Hi,

 

One of developers from my Agency left Russia, and currently he is in Armenia. He sent a relocation request to your e-mail and received a link to a ticket he cannot access because his account is blocked due to Russian-Belrussian policy on Upwork. How can he activate his account then?
