Remove Upwork-suggested Tips when writing to my Freelancers

Upwork inserts text such as:

"You may find it helpful to discuss the following topics with your freelancer:

Project scope
• What does success look like to you?"

In the middle of my text conversations with freelancers. How do I turn off this "feature"?
