My account was hacked and I filed a complaint with Upwork asking them to fix it. However, a few days later I regained access to my account. But Upwork didn't know that and locked my account.
So I submitted a request to Upwork to remove the lock on my account. They asked me for a lot of information to confirm. I gave all that information. They told me to wait 24-48 hours. 48 hours have already passed several times and there is still no solution.
I want to solve this problem right now. Someone please help me.
