Hello, my friend accidentally closed her suspended account. She can't contact chat support since she can't log-in anymore so she tried emailing but upwork is still unresponsive. It has been a week now so she asked me to do it for her. Unfortunately, the chat support is not really giving me solutions. So I'm just posting here hoping someone would help me out. I'll provide her information or whatever is needed. Thank you.

Edit: Hello, can someone else help me on this one? The moderator who replied to me stopped contact last Wednesday. There was no update or anything.
