Yesterday I had a bad experience with a client I've started to work for. That was a fixed-price project
After awarding the project he then started to ask for out-of-scope tasks to be done.
I've been trying to help him anyway but then asked me to work on a completely different task, much more complex and probably not achievable (IT stuff) so I refused and explained to him the reasons
From then I've been yelled at and offended with things like "people like you are the reason this country is bankrupted" (we're both from Italy), "you don't know your work", "you don't understand any spoken work" and keep pushing to do the job.
I tried to be reasonable, I didn't respond to his defiance but no luck.
So I closed the project and blocked him, as he kept insulting me on chat.
0$ earnings and bad private feedback left, my JSS dropped to 90% from a whole 100%.
People suggested I report him, as he has been abusive and asked me for free work. I tried to report the job post but it's impossible now, and also tried to report the messages but as the chat is archived I can't do it anymore.
Is there a way to fill out a report?
