Request for Refund - Mistaken Membership Purchase

Dear Upwork Support Team,

 

I hope you're doing well. I recently intended to purchase Connects for my account under fmzimastermind ltd but mistakenly purchased a membership instead. I have since canceled the membership, but I would kindly like to request a refund for this incorrect purchase.

Please assist me in reversing the charge and crediting the amount back to my account. Let me know if you need any additional information from my side to process this request.
