I'd like to request a refund from a freelancer (I was charged when work was not done) but when I click "request refund" on their account, the modal does not load - I've tried this 4-5 times now.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered when trying to request a refund. Could you please try in incognito mode and/or another browser? Additionally, you could try clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, let us know the related Contract ID or title so I can check further.

Hi Ronna, I tried again after clearing cache/cookies on Chrome and also tried on Firefox and Edge - same results (the loading screen that doesn't load).
