Hi there,
I have been auto charged $19.99 for Membership fee (Subscription Renewal Charges).
I never knew that upwork will autocharge and take payment from my card. I never wanted to renew my Suscription. I don't want to get anymore connects and haven't used any.
I would request the upwork team to refund me the $19.99 amount.
Also, they can take the connects from my account.
Please look into this matter on urgent base and issue my refund.

Hi there,
I was informed that my refund request would be processed within 2 to 3 business days. However, it has now been over 7 days since I received this response under support request ID 48854914, which is marked as "solved."
Additionally, I noticed that my subscription has been canceled, and all my connects have been revoked. So, Could you please provide an update on why the refund has not been processed yet?
I request to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.

Thank you for getting back to us. This is Ronna, stepping in for Pradeep. I checked and see that the refund has been processed and already reflected on your Transaction History. It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement. In case the funds are not reflected after 8 business days, please contact us. At that time, we can check it further.
