Requests with status "Solved" but they are not actually "Solved"

Hi, I have 4 requests to Upwork support, all 4 of them are marked as "Solved" and none of them is actually solved

3 Requests for Certification Verification, been Pending for 6 days. 

and 1 Request for an billing issue with my Agency. 

It would be nice to receive an update on those requests, even if it is "We are still working on it"

Look for email where ticket doubled. Reply to. Ticket will be reopened and updated with your reply.
