Hi there,
We are a small subsidiary company under a larger umbrella group. A colleague who recently left had been using their own email to hire video editors for our work.
I set up a company account this evening and attached the company Revolut virtual card details.
I wanted to hire a freelancer directly that we had used previously but the company card holding payment was reverted. The funds ARE available. I can see that Upwork verified the Revolut account separately.
I tried again to submit a holding fee but still no success.
There is no transaction history because the account is new with you.
Why was our payment reverted?
