I sent a letter to upwork legal department on 04/04/24 because I transferred money to a freelancer but never received the service. The freelancer claims they never received the money, while Upwork insists they did. No one is helping me further, and since Upwork's legal department can only be reached by mail, I wrote a letter. However, I have not received any response to date.

Yes. I Know. But i wanted to talk with the legal department from upwork and the only way to have contact with them is via letter. so i send a letter.
