Showing feedback removed in in-eligibles, but feedback exits for corresponding two completed jobs .

I have two jobs with feedback visible in the reviews section of my profile. However, in the JSS (Job Success Score) section, they are listed as ineligible with explanation as their feedback was removed, despite the fact that positive, 5-star reviews are still visible. As a result, these jobs are not contributing to my JSS, and their exclusion is negatively affecting my score.

Having the same issue. There are 2 past jobs for the past 24 mos with good ratings one long term and one short term and and both are under ineligible "reason -this feeback has been removed when it is not." 
This is affecting JSS.
