Sorry, we were unable to save your application.

I can't make the submission, it says that my address is not complete, but I already checked and it's ok.

Could anyone help me?

Hi Aline,

 

Firstly, welcome to Upwork! I can see that it's a newly created account, and I can confirm that your profile has been accepted. Also, there are no restrictions, so this should not be the case. 

 

Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one? You may also try clearing your cache and cookies. Let us know if the issue persists with a screenshot of what you can see from your end; we'll look further into that for you.

Thanks for coming back to give us an update. I tried to replicate the issue you mentioned but did not see any error. It only requested that you complete the ID verification process, which you can do by going here. I noticed that you've completed your address already. Could you please try again after ensuring that your browser is up-to-date?
