Sorry, you cannot purchase projects in Project Catalog using this account.

My upwork projects catalgo shows me this warning message "Sorry, you cannot purchase projects in Project Catalog using this account. " how this will be fixed.

It is correct. You cannot buy own project. Also need client's account for that.
