Yes, I know I'm an idiot.
So I was feeling vulnerable because she mentioned my negative reviews and I'm restarting on the platform after a long break. They asked for a $3k trial in 48 hours. This deadline occured on the weekend, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After receiving, she said that although it was good, she couldn't use it. Of course, didn't fund the milestone for the trial. What do I do? I'm trying to chat support but it isn't working. LESSON LEARNED, but now what? Any recourse?

We always remind freelancers to only start working once they have an active contract and, if it's for fixed-price contracts, once they also have an active funded milestone.
