Suggestion of Badges to be Earned by "Clients"

I have a suggestion that "The 'Clients' must pass a small learning path to have a "Badge" posted on their project as well?            Just as we as freelancers must earn ours in the " My Community Badges" of the Learning Paths?

How about on the 'Find Work' on the far left of our profile page in addition to 'Featured Job' for the Clients:

The subject matters could be:

Project Completion Badge: We as freelancers would value a badge with just a glance such as this; A high project completion rate would earn the client a badge. This would mean to the freelancer that the client is sure to see projects through to the end of the project and value the freelancer's time.

Clear Communication: Badge: If the client was able to pass this badge; Create project descriptions with as much detailed to avoid project misunderstandings. This would save every person time and labor by defining the project outline in a clear, bulleted, and organized way.

Fair Rates & Budget Simplicity Badge:  Present fair rates. Be upfront and honest about [the client's budget] this will attract freelancers who will feel appreciated.

Mind you, these are hopeful imaginary badges I would love to see clients earn.

Maybe we would not have to spend so much on connects?

I am humbled and honored upon your feedback of considering my conceptions of badges for clients.
