Support Bot Broken

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting answers to my questions via the forum and when I try to go through the support bot, it tries to answer once then crashes asks if it answers my question, when I click no it closes and the get support button is no longer visable. How can I contact support directly. I'd like to know the channels in advanced of using the platform so I can get support in case of an urgent issue rather than having to wait days to get a reply on the forum.

I would like to use the platform but also would like to know I have my copliance/tax/legal bases covered.
