Support Here Doesn't Care About Scams

Pretty ridiculous that the best thing I can do to let even upwork know of a massive breach of security is through a forum post.

Received an offer for my services, pay was decent. The guy, Erik Lewis, said in order to get started he wanted to send me a .zip file of the scope of the project. Immediately before downloading, I scanned it for both viruses as well as ratting .exe programs. Sure enough, he had a ratting software that not only would give him access to one account, but all of your accounts. Bank passwords, socials, saving accounts, 401k, etc. 

Yet when I want to let Upwork know to report this, best I get is a bot telling me to check the academy for support. Utter BS
