Tax Information Page Error

I try to add my tax information, when I click the tax information there has an error on the page which is "There was an error loading this page: error [7cbd3ee86ddb1995-HKG, 7cbd3ee86ddb1995-HKG]. Contact Upwork Support for more information." Please help me for this issue. Thank you!
