Team invite from client not working

Hi there,

I need help as my client has invited me to join his team as I am hired as one of my main tasks is to work within their team. 

But once I clicked on the "accept" button from the email, it doesn't lead me to the team's dashboard. 

Can you please help as we need to start asap?
