Hello,
I’m experiencing a technical issue with the Upwork meeting scheduling system. Specifically, I’m having trouble scheduling meetings within the Upwork message system with potential candidates who have applied to my positions.
Here’s what happens:
•After clicking the “schedule a meeting” button in the message section, it says “Waiting for [Candidate]” to pick a date and time.
•Both the candidates and I receive errors when attempting to select a date and time.
•On my end, I get the error message: “Sorry, the meeting was not successfully scheduled. Please refresh and try again.”
•The candidates are also experiencing the same error on their end.
I’m not sure if this issue is related to my connected Microsoft Business account, which I’ve synced with Upwork to manage my calendar. However, this issue has occurred with multiple candidates, and it’s causing delays in my hiring process.
I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
