I sent a testimonial request to one of my outside-Upwork clients. But he didn't receive any email and the testimonial section is showing awaiting a response.
What can I do?

We're sorry for the confusion, Ritu. There's no need for a Customer Support Team member to reach out at this time. We looked into this further, and we can confirm that due to the status of the Upwork account associated with this email address, the request cannot be resent. You can try requesting a testimonial from a different client.
