Hello!
My client refuses to release the payment agreed upon for the milestone, even though I delivered the project on time with all the requirements fulfilled. They do this by clicking the “Request a Review” button without indicating any corrections. They have done this twice already. I’ve read about the previous experiences of fellow freelancers in the forum, and I understand that I should file a dispute against the client. However, I cannot do that as the client has not ended the contract. The Upwork Support page says that I should contact the support team. I’ve chatted with the support bot for a while, but it’s not helping.
I hope I can reach out to a support specialist from here…
