The official website states that the freelancer or agency has 7 days to accept my offer. 

 Are these seven days only working days, or do they include weekends?

Thank you for your message. Yes, freelancers or agencies will have just 7 days including weekends to accept offers from the client. They will get 30 days to accept offers from an Enterprise client.
