There is no way to contact an actual human in support

I can't contact upwork support, the bot tells me to press "get help" but when I do, it just takes me to the bot again.

I need to create a ticket to resolve my original issue, which is: It won't let me submit my second specialized profile, the submit button is greyed out.

To create a ticket and reach a human agent, follow these steps:

2. Locate the "Get Support" button: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the green "Get Support" button.

3. Write "Contact Support" then select "Yes! I need additional support. Select the appropriate category and write subject.

4. Provide additional details: If prompted, provide any additional details or screenshots that may help clarify your issue.

5. Submit the request: Once you've completed all the required steps, click the "Submit" button to send your request to a human agent.

Upwork's support team typically responds to tickets within 24 hours. They will review your request, investigate the issue, and provide you with a personalized solution.

I need help as well. I went through the chatbot and it runs me in circles.  I don't care if it an email chat support but I need to speak to a human!

I am an actual employer and I'm locked out of my account.  I cannot contact the people I've hired!  This is a major problem for my business!
